Tassel garland is made from premium Satin Wraps tissue paper, built on optional string with tassels that range from 18"-14" (45-30cm).
Tassels can be easily moved around, so you can create a fuller or sparse look.
Optional string: satin ribbon in a matching color, linen twine or white decorative rope. (Choose at the drop down menu)
